The submission deadline for abstracts has passed.
Final papers after the workshop are a maximum of 12 pages. Papers should be 2 column, 10 point Times New Roman, with a print area of at most 17.5cm wide and 22.5cm high. IEEE conference proceeding format is acceptable.
Both PDF files and the source (word or latex), including any style files, should be compressed into a single zip file and submitted as an email attachment to: firstname.lastname@example.org:
The zip, pdf and source files should be named after the surname of the first author followed by a digit if there is more than one submission by the author.
The subject of the email should be the list of author surnames, followed by a digit if there is more than one submission.
The files should have the appropriate extension (e.g. .pdf or .doc).
The senders email will be used for correspondence.
There is no automated response, but acknowledgements will be sent intermittently.
Please note. Rename your zip file. Change the extension of your .zip file to .zi_. This is because our email server spam checker will no longer except .zip files as attachments.
