Research Interests
I belong to the following research groups:
Numerical Software
- I am Algorithms Editor for ACM
Transactions on Mathematical Software (TOMS)
- My main research interests are in testing numerical software and
parallel numerical computing.
- I am also involved in interdepartmental research into NMR data
analysis with Biosciences
MPI Resources
- Tutorial by Piseda and Smith from the
University of New Mexico. Quite old now but a good first read for anyone
interested in getting to grips with MPI.
- IBM's Practical MPI Programming by Aoyama
and Nakano. Has some introductory material plus a lot of the details.
