A Framework for Interoperability and Decision
Support in Marine Environmental Information Systems
This research was undertaken
in the context of the INTERREG IIIA funded project, CHARM: Channel Habitat
Atlas and Resource Management (CHARM, 2003). CHARM is an interdisciplinary
project whose members include computer scientists, ecologists, marine
biologists, geographers and lawyers. Its geographic focus is the marine
environment of the Eastern English Channel
as shown in the map below.
