When the auction closes and if you have successfully bid for one or more lots, you will receive an email message for each of your winning bids. These messages will confirm each winning bid and also confirm where and when to pay for and collect your goods. You will be expected to pay and collect your purchase in the week immediately following the close of the auction. More details will be given in the email we will send winning bidders.
Please note that although the auction is open to anyone at the University of Kent, payment and collection only happens at the Canterbury campus. If you can't make it to Canterbury please don't place a bid in the auction.
If you have won any bids then you will hear from us within a day or so of the close of auction.
We accept cash (in UK pounds) or cheque. If you are a student then you need not pay VAT - just bring your student card with you when you pay. Everyone else must pay an additional 17.5% VAT.
