How do I contact the Computer Science Systems Group?
You can contact the systems group in a couple of ways:
This is our preferred method of contact as it integrates with our internal helpdesk system. You will get an automated response to your question and your request will be logged. This also allows us to track conversations so we can see how far your query has progressed particularly if a member of our group who is dealing with your question is away.
