Note that an offer of a place on a course does not constitute an offer of funding.
The School of Computing offers scholarships worth up to about £4500 to students of any nationality registering on our standard taught Masters courses. These are awarded on the basis of academic merit. Click here for further details and to apply.
Note - funding is guaranteed for all eligible overseas students with the equivalent of a UK First Class Honours degree.
The University of Kent offers scholarships worth £5000 to overseas (non-EU) students registering on our taught postgraduate courses. These are awarded on the basis of academic merit. See the International Development site for further details and to apply.
Advice - applicants for University Overseas Scholarships are recommended to apply for a School of Computing Scholarship too (see below). Although the two awards can't be combined, applying for both increases your chance of securing some funding.
The Graduate School provides a guaranteed scholarship of £1000 for University of Kent 2011 graduates who earn a Bachelors degree with Honours (or undergraduate Masters degree) and register for a postgraduate degree at Kent by 1 October 2011. Click here for further details.
All University of Kent graduates automatically receive a 10% discount on tuition fees if they register for a second degree at Kent, irrespective of when they graduated. This cannot be combined with a Graduate School Scholarship - 2011 graduates receive only the larger of the two awards.
