Mr Joseph Harrison
PhD Project Summary
I am working with Simon Thompson and previously Meng Wang, who has since moved to Bristol.
I am currently building a tool for quickly analysing messaging discrepancies in Erlang programs. The tool is currently a prototype, but it can already detect dead portions of communicating code, and some occurrences of orphan messages.
I am a member of the following research groups:
I have a foundation license for amateur radio in the UK. My callsign is M6LOX and I have a QRZ.com profile.
I am a student member of the RSGB.
I currently lead seminars and terminals for the following modules:
- CO320 - Introduction to Object-Oriented Programming, an undergraduate Java course.
- CO545 - Functional and Concurrent Programming, an undergraduate Erlang course.
