I am a third-year PhD student in the School of Computing at the University of Kent, UK.
I am working under the supervisions of Dr Ling (Caroline) Li, Dr Ramaswamy Palaniappan and Professor Philippe De Wilde. I received a B.Eng. degree in Automatic Control and System Engineering and an MSc degree in Advanced Control and System Engineering from the University of Sheffield, UK, in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
I am a member of the following research groups:
I am interested in machine learning, deep learning and data mining, especially in uncertainty estimation at the current stage.
My PhD topic could be summarised as sEMG-based hand gesture recognition. Expanded from it, my research interests include muscle connectivity, generalized classification, and prediction robustness.
I have taught:
CO322: Foundations of Computing I
CO329: Computer Applications
CO532: Database Systems
CO539: Web Development
CO544: Networking
CO662: Signal Analysis for Computing
