This is the last Will and Testa-
ment of me Sarah Barber of 15 Ver –
saille Road, Anerley, London,
made this 27th day of July 1924
	I hereby revoke all Wills
by me at any time heretofore made
I appoint my son Thomas Walter
Barber to be my Executor and –
direct that all my just debts and
funeral and testamentary expen-
ses shallbe paid so soon as –
conveniently may be after my de-
cease.
	I give and bequeath to my
daughter Mabel Barber my furni-
ture and other effects now in 15 Ver
sailles Road, Anerley, absolutely
	I devised unto and to the use
of my daughter Mabel Barber my 
two freehold houses situate and
being Nos 213 and 215 Wick Road
Homerton in the County of Mid-
dlesex absolutely.
	I devise my grave No 11578
in Highgate Cemetary to my son
Thomas Walter Barber, his heirs
and assigns.
	I bequeath to my Executor
hereinbefore named all my real
and personal estate except what I 
otherwise dispose of by this my Will
upon trust to administer and/or dis-
pose of it for the benefit of my chil-
dren as he may decide and I direct
that his decision shall be binding
and conclusive on all parties.
