 Seems like i got a prob, since 2 days i get almost all times i try to login the red sign; EU currently unavailable bla bla main/update bla bla, is that just me? Or are they doing updates the and reps the whole day?

I would recommend to to the follwoing steps:
1) close _all_ programs possible in the Task Manager (click on the tab "processes").
2) if 1) doesn't help, de-install and fully re-install EU. Yes, it will take hours to download, still it will be faster than waiting for a non helping mail from EU Support  .

sounds like the same prob i had, new VU U need to go to ur firewall and set to allow PE.EXE. It was all I had to do
