Initiate to Employee – when you reach 10% qualified
(for our disciples, your mentor will watch this and recommend you for promotion – for non disciples you will need to tell us when you think you are sufficiently qualified – we will confirm this with a scanner).
Criteria for promotion above employee level is yet to be decided.
It will be dependent on skills and support given to society (eg. helping new recruits, providing materials) and whether an individual wants to assist in the development of new members.
