PEAss install error

PEAss wont finish installing. It says it cant find PE.EXE and asks to find it or tell it where to look to find it. I input the directory, it says PE.EXE found, now writing to registry. At this point it locks up or freezes.

I posted the same info on pejongma, PEAss's site, a few days ago and have yet to get a response. Any info would be great Smile

Well, just do the same i do, i noticed lower fps and performance while having it running, just dont use it.
PE with peass: many many evil fre`s [not that often but noticeable often enough]
PE without peass: no crashes

I had to "clean" my C drive and accidentally deleted PEAss. I figured a simple download and reinstall would do it but it didn't. No changes to anything that should have affected the installation.

I have actually bookmarked most pages that PEAss "links" to. A bit of a pain to ctrl/alt/del out of game to check prices and such, but much easier than losing peds for lack of info Smile

I've never been able to get it to work. With it running PE won't even load.

I'm fortunate enough to have a laptop next to my PC though, so I can use that for checking prices and so on. And I've got printed copies of the maps which come in useful Smile

exactly same here, +it runs icq, T4E winamp stream.
sometimes i just use the pda via usb lan for sites only
