The base class for errors in C++CSP2 programs.

CPPCSPError (and its sub-classes) are thrown when an error occurs in a C++CSP2 that represents a mis-use of the library. These errors are not intended to be caught and ignored, but instead represent an error in your program that needs to be fixed.
