David Marsh, a lawyer from Needham and Grant in London, will talk about the wider themes of Electronic Commerce.
This seminar has a wider focus than specifically starting a company. He will talk about legal issues concerning electronic commerce, covering the commercial aspects of the Internet and Electronic Data Interchange; specifically involving evidence issues, electronic trusted third parties, contract formation and jurisdictional issues. He will also deal with commercial and consumer legal issues relating to the use of the Internet.
