btp builds the "tour start page" for the specified
tour_framework based on the specified template_file, in
conjunction with the #control
#foreachrow @tour.
btp tour_framework template_file external_file internal_file
btp staff.tour my_tour.template ~/webpages/staff_tour.html ~/webpages/staff_tour.local
btp reads the specified tour framework file and makes the
tour data
appear in @tour so it can be read with
#foreachrow @tour.
The template_file describes how the information contained in
@tour should be laided out in HTML.
The internal version of the "tour start page" will be put at internal_file, and the external version at external_file.
