Research Events

We have a varied events programme including Laboratory Seminars, Research Group Seminars, conferences and visits in addition to Laboratory events. We welcome visitors to the laboratory.

The Functional and Declarative Programming Languages in Education (FDPE02): a workshop co-located with PLI,Pittsburgh, USA is to be held on 7 October 2002.

10-14 June 2002 : A NETCA workshop, Analysis in Computer Algebra is to be held on 10-14 June 2002 at the University of Kent (in association with the Theoretical Computer Science Research Group at UKC).
2002 May 25 : Research Open Day 2002

We held our annual Research Open Day each Spring where we were proud to present our work to those involved in the information technology industry. The day included a number of presentations by senior members of staff, followed by demonstrations and poster sessions displaying the breadths of research interests within the Laboratory.

2001 June 25-27 : ITiCSE 2001: The 6th Annual Conference on June 25 - 27.
2001 March 13 : The Laboratory was subject to a visit from the IT&CS Programme Team at EPSRC on 13 March 2001.
