Conference dinner

The conference dinner will take place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd July at the historic Dover Town Hall. Coaches to Dover will depart campus at 1830 and will set off for the return journey to campus at approximately 2230. Dinner tickets for accompanying persons will be available via the conference registration form.

The history of Dover Town Hall stretches back over 800 years to 1203 when the Maison Dieu or God's House was built as a hostel for pilgrims. Later the building became a supplies centre for the Navy, and finally, in recent times, a gaol, a town hall and a function hall.

We will be eating in the Connaught Hall (pictured above) and delegates will be able to explore much of the rest of this rather fine old building.
