If you’re looking for careers inspiration or practical advice on how to get your dream job, Employability Week has something for you. Students looking to make the most of their skills and qualifications are invited to Employability week which is being held on the Canterbury campus from Monday 3 – Friday 7 November.

This university-wide week of events will showcase all the ways in which you can get experience and gain skills whilst studying at the University of Kent. There will be visiting alumni, presentations and interactive workshops by graduate employers, skills sessions, competitions and fairs.

As well as activities open to all Kent students, there will be events specific to School of Computing students. All events can be found on the School’s event calendar.

Highlights include, CV writing for Computing students, What employers look for with Kinetic Solutions, a group skills workshop, recent computing alumni sharing their experiences and an employer presentation.

Students based at the Medway Campus are welcome to attend and are encouraged to make use of the free campus shuttle.
