Staff Student Meetings

The department holds staff student meetings once in each teaching semester. These cover the current courses, labs and anything else the students want to raise.

Thee feedback for this course was positive

However, staff-student meetings are a very faulty feedback mechanism, since they usually only involve the stronger students and rarely bring to attention the most important problems.

Timing is also a problem in that if they are too early, the problems have yet to arise while if they are too late, fixing the problems is also too late.
