which spreadsheets have in order to enhance users knowledge on
the many capabilities that spreadsheets has in order to enhance ones data.

When Starting spreadsheets/excel, there are a number of beginner
or basic functions which can be done on Excel.
The following is a list of basic functions which can be done by a beginner:

When Starting spreadsheets/excel, there are a number of beginner
or basic functionswhich can be done on Excel.
The following is a list of basic functions which can be done by a beginner:
- Addition & Subtraction - =A1 + A2 and =A1 - A2
- Multiplication & Division - =A1*A2 and A1 / A2
- Average - =Average(A1 : A9), this would give you the average of the data within those cells.
- Selecting and Resizing Rows/Columns - this can be done by double clicking on the side of a row or on top of a column, and by dragging the ends of the column or row.
- Creating Graphs & Pie Charts - Once you have a group of data selected,
click on chart wizard and then select from
a range of charts which will be best to display the data. This will be the same for a pie chart but you would select the pie chart icon in the chart wizard.
