Student talks and accompanying slides for Canterbury
At certain points in the year you will be given talks from the School in which important and relevant information will be given. Below is a description of the talks and a collection of the presentations associated with the talks for your campus.
Welcome week talks
During the week before the Autumn term, known as welcome week you will have been given a talk (or multiple talks) on a number of issues such as fire safety and some introductory information.
Spring term talks

Stage 3 options talk
In stage 2 you will recieve an options talk, in this talk the options available to you in stage 3 will be discussed. Furthermore the modules you can choose from will presented by the associated lecturer.
Placement talks
Talks relating to industry placements as well as slides relating to interviews, job opportunities and more will be available to you in stage 2, they will be available via Moodle if you are undertaking an industry placement.
The placement information will appear on your Moodle page as a module once information is available.
