How do I contact the School of Computing Systems Group?¶
Since early 2021 the School of Computing became part of the Division of Computing, Engineering and Mathematical Sciences. One of the outcomes of this process was that the school's IT team was merged in to a larger divisional IT team. All IT support is now handled at the divisional level.
The best way to contact us is via email: cs-syshelp@kent.ac.uk
This is our preferred method of contact as it integrates with the University's ticketing system. You will get an automated response to your question and your request will be logged. This also allows us to track conversations so we can see how far your query has progressed particularly if a member of our group who is dealing with your question is away.
